Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it.

If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, you can cancel through the link in your confirmation email/text, or just give us a call or shoot us a text message letting us know.

We really appreciate cancelling in advance because it enables us to accommodate another customer.

There is no fee for cancelling up to the day before your scheduled appointment.

If you cancel the day-of your scheduled appointment, and we are unable to fill the vacancy,

we take 50% of the appointment as a fee in order to compensate our technicians.

No-shows: We charge 100% of the service cost plus 20% commission, no exceptions.

Tardiness

Please Let Us Know

We are committed to serving you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time in order to keep you from waiting for extended periods of time. As a result, If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time.

If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can possibly make arrangements to accommodate you, while also minimizing disruption to our staff and other customers.
